To anyteam: Manning

They aren't trading Manning. Irsay said they are either keeping him and paying him his bonus, or cutting him.

Id deal manning for that package

The Lions top two priorities will be signing Stephen Tulloch and Cliff Avril. Once the Lions have signed these two, there won't be a lot of money left so they have to be wise with it. I say that they let Sammie Lee Hill go in free agency and in his absence sign a much less expensive Jason Jones who thrived in Schwartz's defense in Tennesse but has struggled in the new scheme. He will be much less expensive. DeAndre Levy is going to sign with another team if the Lions resign Tulloch because Levy struggled as a weakside linebacker so he will sign with a team like Philly were he can play his natural position, the MIKE linebacker. So in his absence I would try to sign the 28 year old Manny Lawson who did a great job at the weakside last year for the Bengals as a temporary solution. If he isn't available then the Lions should draft Zachary Taylor of North Carolina. If Manny Lawson is signed then the Lions should use that pick on Center Peter Konz to upgrade Domonic Raiola. Then, if there is a reasonable amount of money left sign Running back Brandon Jacobs in case of another Jahvid Best, Mikel Leshoure injury or sign Brandon Carr of the Chiefs to upgrade free agent Eric Wright.

According to Adam Schefter, the Arizona Cardinals are in very serious talk with the Colts for Peyton Manning. The Colts will most likely part ways with Manning because he is due 23 million dollars for next season and it will be too expensive to keep him and Luck.

(4)
(1)

They just dumped a ton of money into kolb..... Manning would probably want to go to a bigger market, NY, washington,

(2)
(1)

With the new cba rookies get paid alot less so they can afford manning and luck

(0)
(1)

They will have to sign him, not trade for him. Irsay said they will NOT trade him. Which means they are either going to pay him his 28 million dollar bonus, or cut him.

What would you think of Miami trading down with Cinncy and trading the 9th pick for the 17th and 21st.
Miami could then get:
DeCastro-17
Adams-21

(2)
(0)

I think its a good idea that miami isnt smart enough to do, plus cinncy finally understands drafting and paitence... i think they'd have to package more and who does cinncy want that high

(2)

Its a fins fan he didnt look at it from the bengals perspective

Possibly Upshaw or Ingram on the defensive end or Jeffery to give them a double threat at WR again

1.) Redskins trade a 2nd and 4th round picks to SF for C. Kapernick.
2.) Trade down from the 6th overall pick and get the 2nd rounder back.
3.) Draft O-linemen, CB and a good ILB.
4.) Sign F/A WR's M. Colsten and D. Bowe.
5.) Sign F/A G Nicks

That would be a good start for next year.

(6)
(10)

Colston won't sign in Washington. He wants a good QB or a young one with a promising future. I think a realistic place for him to sign other than New Orleans is Tennessee. He has Hasselbeck now or if Locker wins the starting job, he has a promising future and has shown signs of being a great qb. Colston and Britt with Locker throwing it is a crazy trio. And I'm a Texan fan and it makes me want to cry just to say this..lol

The Jets and Redskins are reportedly are the top candidates to land Peyton Manning. Out of these two teams, the jets are more likely to land him. if they do go and get peyton manning. i think that the seahawks are the team that will most likely trade for Sanchez. It would work out because they could trade away whitehurst and a few picks. If the seahawks pick up a lb and a cb in the draft they will have a good team for the future and maybe a superbowl apperance soon
QB:Mark Sanchez
HB:Marshawn Lynch

#SEAHAWKS ALL DAY

(1)
(16)

Peyton is staying in indy

(5)
(7)

Y would they if they draft luck? could buid for the future if they trade him away

(0)
(3)

Peyton stays because he's the only guy on the Colts with enough knowledge of how the Colts offense works and Luck would be lucky to learn from this man. Also would you give up young players and picks for a qb who might not be there next year and is 9-10 in the playoffs?

(4)
(0)

Peyton can start for the next few years ala favre and let luck learn and luck becomes the next rodgers

(4)
(2)

Farve treated rogers like crap, and the seahawks, more accurately pete carroll is blind enough to do this.... however sanchez isnt as bad as he appears, schotty is brutal and cavaungh (spelt wrong) is an embarassment as a QB coach.... the jets will hang onto him as he will be a very good, not great, but good starter

RG3 wont fall past Browns

(2)
(4)

Rams are taking Blackmon FOR SURE. Browns are taking Richardson since Browns won't resign Hillis. RG3 goes to the Redskins though like you said.

(4)
(3)

Also, the Vikings will get Kalil to protect AP. Cmon man.

(3)
(1)

You can have all the best receivers in the world but you need to stay off your ass to throw to them. St.L needs someone to protect Bradford.
McCoy would be better if he had a person to throw to.

WELL PICKS 1-24 ARE SET FOR THIS UPCOMING DRAFT

SO HERES MY TOP 24 DRAFT

1) IND....QB LUCK (STANFORD)
2) STL....OT KALIL (USC)
3) MIN....CB CLAIBOURNE (LSU)
4) CLE....WR BLACKMON (OKLAHOMA STATE)
5) TB......RB RICHARDSON (ALABAMA)
6) WAS...QB GRIFFIN III (BAYLOR)
7) JAC....OT REIFF (IOWA)
8) CAR....LB INGRAM (SOUTH CAROLINA)
9) MIA....DL STILL (PENN STATE)
10) BUF..WR FLOYD (NOTRE DAME)
11) SEA..CB KIRKPATRICK (ALABAMA)
12) KC...OT DECASTRO (STANFORD)
13) ARI..OT MARTIN (STANFORD)
14) DAL..DE PERRY (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA)
15) PHI..DT COPLES (NORTH CAROLINA)
16) NYJ..LB KUECHLY (BOSTON COLLEGE)
17) CIN..DT WORTHY (MICHIGAN STATE)*
18) SD...C KONZ (WISCONSIN)
19) CHI..WR WRIGHT (BAYLOR)
20) TEN..DT COX (MISSISSIPPI STATE)
21) CIN..CB DENNARD (NEBRASKA)
22) DET..RB JAMES (OREGON)
23) CLE..OT GLENN (GEORGIA)**
24) PIT..LB UPSHAW (ALABAMA)

(*) raiders traded pick to cin
(**) falcons traded pick to cle

but the lions will be picking #22 so heres the possible choices at that pick:

RB JAMES (OREGON)
OT GLENN (GEORGIA)
CB DENNARD (NEBRASKA)
OL KONZ (WISCONSIN)

----------------------------------------

THE LIONS NEED: CB. LB, OT, OG, C
(BASED ON 90% OF NFL DRAFT SITES)

but they dont need a LB cause tulloch and durant did well this year so no need for a LB unless they can draft one in one of the later rounds but THEIR BIGGEST NEEDS ARE OL AND DB.....ALSO A RB THAT STAYS HEALTHY WHICH LAMICHAEL JAMES HASNT HAD A HISTORY OF INJURIES LIKE JAHVID BEST OR KEVIN SMITH OR MIKIEL LASHOURE

so i would say they need: DB, RB, OL, QB

the reason why i put QB cause shaun hill is a free agent and drew staton also....so we would need another good reliable backup cause shaun hill and drew stanton could walk

so theres a few good players can be picked up for QB if they dont resign SHAUN HILL AND/OR DREW STANTON

so players they can look at in each round but around their pick #

1ST ROUND:
rb james (oregon),
ol konz (wisconsin),
cb dennard (nebraska)
ss barron (alabama)
ol glenn (georgia)

2ND ROUND:
fs martin (oklahoma state),
ot adams (ohio state),
qb cousins (michigan state)
ol jones (georgia)

3RD ROUND:
ss allen (south california),
wr jones (north carolina),
ot potter (boise state)

4TH ROUND:
ot miller (colorado),
ol molk (michigan),
fs robinson (michigan state)

5TH ROUND:
wr cunningham (michigan state),
fb diehl (clemson),
ol baker (baylor)

6TH ROUND:
wr martin (michigan state),
ol brooks (virginia tech)
ol allen (illinois)

7TH ROUND:
qb keenum (houston),
qb moore (boise state),
p bulter (georgia)

Miami has good depth on the Dline and are young. Look for an OT or a CB to be taken by the Fins

DETROIT LIONS DRAFT

I would like to see the Lions trade up and get anyone of these guys.
CB-Morris Claiborne
OT-Matt Kalil
RB-Trent Richardson

This is my prediction of who the Lions would most likely draft
CB- Dre Kirkpatrick (1st round)
OT-Jonathan Martin (1st round, maybe high 2nd)
RB-LeMichael James (3rd round)

(3)
(1)

Martin will be gone in the top 15

(2)
(1)

Never know if martin could drop

everyone thought rodgers would be the #1 pick but alex smith was instead

look how that turned out

(1)
(0)

Lamichael james will not drop to the 3rd round

he will drop at least to the top 10 in the 2nd but thats the farthest hed go

(3)

Everybody could use a potential pro bowl OT

IF the Colts trade the 1st pick what can they get. I know they will probably keep it but with so many over the hill players a potential FA's coming up a major over haul could help. I think it is more likely than trading Manning. What teams would be going for the pick.

(6)
(1)

I think the colts will stick with manning and look to trade the pick and acquire at least 2 1st rd picks and some kind of a defensive player (lb or db)

(2)
(9)

What about:
Carey.V, Hartline.B, 1st-2013, 3rd-2012
for
1st DP-2012 ST.L

St.L gets a RT to help the offensive line, a solid WR to develop into a #2 and extra picks.
MIA drafts RGIII and Riley with their picks
