Just read that Larry Fitzgerald wouldn't mind playing for the Philadelphia Eagles next year. The Arizona Cardinals are thinking about trading him because his salary for the 2008 season is $14.5 million and $17.35 million in 2009. The article did not say what they would be asking in return for Fitzgeralds services but my guess would be at least a 2nd round pick or more.
Look for the Chicago Bears to have quite a busy offseason. A quarterback is in the mix whether they draft or sign. A lot of questions have arose about their WR core and what plans are in the future for that piece of the puzzle. B. Berrian looks to be a FA if the Bears don't re-sign and it looks like he might want more than he would be worth in Chicago. M. Muhammad's numbers have dropped year after year since joining Chicago. Look for Gm Jerry Angelo to trade for WR, DT (Tommie Harris the only man with a locked DT spot), and OL (oldest OL in the NFL looks to make a lot of changes). Only time will tell how smart Angelo and the Bears are with making the right moves to get back to the big game where they felt they could have and should been this year with just a few alterations.

Atlanta Should trade Deangelo Hall to the raiders for S Michael Huff, RB Mike Bush and a 2nd or 3rd round pick in the upcoming draft. Raiders wanted to cut Huff, because he doesn't fit their defense....Bush was a great pick in the 4th round but the raiders don't need him...they have a bunch of RBs right now and have invested a lot of money. D. Hall is unhappy in Atlanta and doesn't get along with Petrino. J. Packers to make a move for a runningback? Starting the season 4-0 is as shocking to the Packers as the rest of the world. Ok so it's been awhile, sorry for the lack of info, but I'm on vacation and wow have I heard a whopper of a rumor. Chris Simms is to be traded to Atlanta for insurance in case of Michael Vicks conviction for dog fighting. It is said to be for either a 3rd or 4th pick, contingent on playing time and other play time bonuses.
and that's not all.... Chicago and Briggs might have found a suitor for the right deal. can't mention yet who that may be but it involves two teams that picked between the 6th and 15th picks. This will be a three team deal with Chicago getting a defensive rookie player and 2 picks in next years draft. There are a few teams rumored in this deal, Miami, Denver, Washington, Buffalo, Green Bay and Seattle. More info on this when I get back from the beach.

Faint whispers are being heard in maimi about the availability of eagles QB d. mcnabb....the preliminary word is the drafted ginn jr to deal him to philly. thats why philly chose kolb with its 1st pick. philly is tired of mcnabb being hurt and with feely and holcomb, 2 veteran QB's with alot of time behind the they could groom kolb this year for him to take over next year. the deal can go down at the beginning of training camp. again this is just a whisper.... a far fetched one at that....
the 2007 oakland raiders starting QB will be? daunte culpepper..at least for the first couple of games...this will be a gresat time for the young russell to watch and learn what not to do....then he can go out there in week five or six and tear up the league much like vince young did in 2006
